1/10 - 2010 National Street Rod Tour (January 2010)
Steele Rubber Products has joined the 2010 Amsoil/Street Rodder Road Tour
as the official weatherstrip provider. This famous street rod tour begins
May 15th in Ocean City, MD and crosses the nation to finish at the NHRA
Museum in Bakersfield, CA. Along the way, thousands of street rods will
join the tour, visiting great car shows and companies across the country.
In addition to providing support to the tour, Steele is providing all of
the rubber parts and weatherstripping for the official vehicle of the
tour, a 1927 T Roadster built by Cotati Speed Shop. This 27 street rod
will drive the entire tour route.

12/09 - 2010 Goodguys Giveaway Car (December 2009)
The 2010 Goodguys Grand Prize Giveway car is supported by quality rubber
parts provided by Steele Rubber Products. The 1970 Mustang Boss Snake is
a 429 Ford powered super muscle car designed by Kaucher Kustoms of Las
Vegas, NV and being built and assembled by Max-G Systems of Fogelsville,
PA. The car will be shown at all Goodguys car shows across the country
throughout the year.

Annual Open House Draws Big Crowd (August 2009)
Nearly 200 unique show cars surrounded the facilities of Steele Rubber
Products for the annual open house and car show. Featured vehicles
included antiques, classics, muscle cars, street rods, rat rods, trucks
and just about everything in between. The event was filmed by the "Lokar
Car Show" for an upcoming episode.

Autograph Pinewood Cars Raise Money for Charities (July 2009)
Steele Rubber Products was proud to be the presenting sponsor of "The
Starting Lineup", a charity auction to benefit ChildHelp and Victory
Junction Gang Camp. Steele coordinated the collection of over 80 small
pinewood cars, built by kids and autographed by racing drivers, legends
and celebrities, including Mario Andretti, Bobby Allison, Kasey Khane,
Danica Patrick, Jay Leno, Tony Hawk, Carroll Shelby, Helio Castroneves,
Tony Schumacher and more.

Racing Website Re-Launched (June 2009)
Steele Rubber Products has re-launched its popular Spring Rubber website.
As the most successful manufacturer of spring rubbers for competitive
stock car racing, the new website offers the largest inventory of spring

GoodGuys Giveaway Car Supported by Steele (March 2009)
The GoodGuys Rod & Custom Association will be giving away a vintage 1965 Buick LeSabre.
Powered by a 355 cubic inch Wildcat engine, this muscle car was restored with rubber parts and
weatherstripping from Steele Rubber Products. Semi finalists will be selected throughout the year at all
Pleasanton Fairgrounds GoodGuys events. The winner will be selected at the 20th Autumn Get-Together in
November 2009.

Steele Joins 13th Season of "My Classic Car" (March 2009)
Steele Rubber Products is proud to once again be a part of the television series, "My Classic Car". For the
first episode of the shows new season, our President, Matt Agosta, joins Dennis Gage to install a back
windshield glass using the "string technique". Steele has a long relationship with My Classic Car and Dennis

Steele Supports High School Robotics Team (February 2009)
Steele Rubber Products is proud to have provided essential rubber parts to “The Broncobots” of Lee’s Summit
North High School in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This group of high school students, teachers and mentors
competes in the FIRST Robotics Competition. This competition encourages students to get involved with
science and technology, possibly inspiring future generations of engineers and scientists.
