PARTS INFORMATION
Parts Availability
New parts are constantly added to our inventory. The availability of new and current parts is subject to change without
notice. To inquire about parts not found in our current catalog, please Contact Us.
Pricing
All of our prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices may change throughout the year based on changing business environments.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, we will inform you of price changes at the
time of purchase.
Packaging
We package our parts in multiples typically found on the original vehicle. In some cases, we may sell partial sets or
separated pairs at a premium price, at our option. However, we reserve the right to refuse to break apart a pair or set
that could result in an un-saleable remainder. Please call our Product Specialists at 704-483-9343 for further details
or questions about our packaging.

To order parts directly by phone, please call toll free 800-447-0849. You can speak directly to our Product Specialists
at the following times: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am thru 7:00pm (EST) and Friday, 8:00am thru 6:00pm (EST). You can also
place an order or request a catalog 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, at 800-650-5134.
Fax
Orders may be placed via fax. All fax orders must be paid by credit card and must be accompanied by an Order Form from
the Steele Rubber Products catalog. Click Here to download an Order Form.
Website
We offer secure online ordering through our website. All online orders must be accompanied by a valid phone number,
street address and email address to allow us to confirm orders, if necessary.
Retail Store
You may purchase parts directly from Steele Rubber Products’ facilities located in Denver, North Carolina. In addition,
we welcome you to tour our facilities to see how our parts are made.

CAR SHOWS & SWAP MEETS
On Site Delivery
For some parts, we are able to offer on site delivery to car shows and swap meets that Steele Rubber Products attends.
We request that all orders to be delivered to car shows or swap meets be placed at least One Week prior to the event.

Parts Not Available
Our show trailer cannot carry our entire inventory of products. If a part is not available at an event we attend, we may
still be able to provide the part(s) in a timely manner. For parts paid for at the show or meet, and not in-stock on our
trailer, we may be able to ship the parts directly to you from our warehouse. We offer free UPS Ground shipping to US and
foreign customers that qualify for reduced rate shipping for parts paid-for at a car show or swap meet, but not available
on our trailer.
Payments & Taxes
We request that all payments for parts at events be done by Credit Card or Cash only. Any parts purchased at or
delivered to a swap meet will be subject to that state's sales tax rate, unless exempted with a "certificate of resale"
acceptable to that state.
REVULCANIZATION SERVICES
Steele Rubber Products offers a metal core revulcanization service. We can rebuild engine, transmission, and other
mounts for many of makes and models. If you require our revulcanization service, we must have your original rebuildable
core in order to process your request. Please read the following information before sending any parts to us for this
service.
- Be sure to include your vehicles’ make, year, body style, engine size, and any other relevant vehicle information
with the part.
- Shipping parts to Steele is at your own cost and risk.
- Steele will not accept liability for the cost of replacing original metal cores for revulcanization which are lost
in shipping to Steele.
- Steele will only insure for our services on the return shipment to you. However, you may make prior arrangements
for extra insurance, (under terms acceptable to the carrier).
- These parts are designed for antique and classic vehicles for use as specified by the original manufacturer.
