State Sales Tax Notice
In compliance with State Tax requirements, sales tax will be collected on products sold in states we have Nexus. In order for Steele Rubber Products not to collect taxes, we will need for you to provide a tax exemption certificate for your business. In addition, if you plan to Drop Ship, please also provide us with a tax exemption certificate for the Drop Ship state when applicable.
Domestic Shipping
In the 48 contiguous states, we will use our preferred carriers for tracking information and the fastest service. For more information about our carriers or shipping to HI, AK and PR please contact us directly. Rates are subject to change without notice.
International Shipping
For orders shipping Internationally, customers will be responsible for all shipping, brokerage fees, duties, taxes or other fees. For countries which parcel post packages cannot be insured by the U.S. Postal Service, package safety will be the responsibility of the customer and all losses will be borne by the customer. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Oversize Items
Oversize items may require an additional charge. Rigid items over 60 inches in length may not be eligible to ship to countries outside the US and Canada. Contact us before purchasing and we may be able to cut it to a length that meets the shipping guidelines while being long enough for your application.
