This is an installation tool for door and trunk handle ferrules. For 1926-1937 GM cars and trucks using door and trunk handle ferrules such as Weatherstrip 70-0111-69. Without a tool, ferrules are very difficult to install and impossible to reinstall after painting.

This tool, copied precisely from a Fisher Body original, does a quick, neat and efficient job of installing ferrules staking them internally to keep them in place. It is precision-machined with a hardened blade, adjusts for depth of reach, knurled for firm grip, and plated for durability. Well worth it for even one car.
